★去年私が滞在していた、お家のお部屋をご紹介します。

こちらは女性英語教師のパトリシアさんオーナーと、他テナントや生徒さんなどとのシェアです。とても綺麗なお部屋で居心地がよく、英語環境のおうちで普段から英語を毎日話せる環境です。滞在していたときは、私の語学学校のお友達をおうちに招いて一緒に食事したり、食事後にテレビを見て過ごしたりもしました。今でも、たまに一緒に博物館に出かけたり、ランチ、カフェに行ったりと、とても優しいオーナーさんです！ロンドンについてもとても詳しいので、アドバイスをもらったりしています。Hiromi 2022-2023

"Here are some of the rooms I stayed in last year. Homeshare with female English teacher Patricia who is the host and, sometimes, other Business, Academic or English students. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable, and I could speak English everyday there. When I stayed, I invited friends from my language school to eat together and sometimes watched TV together with Patricia after meals. Even now, I go to the museum together, have lunch or go to Cafes. She is a very kind host! She is very familiar with London, so you can also get advice." Hiromi 2022-23

ロンドンの北に位置する、駅バス停から近くの静かな住宅街にあるお家です。

こちらはダブルベットの個室で、シャワールームは共用となります。クローゼット、机、引き出し、ライト、椅子、大きな鏡付き。シングルルームについては別の記事にて案内があります。

ノーザンライン、Totteridge & Whetstone駅から、徒歩１０分。ロンドン中心までは２５分〜３０分ほどです。

レストランやスーパー、カフェなどがあるWhetstone’s High Roadまでは、歩いて１５分ほど出られます。家の近くからバスも出ています。

このお家は4つのベッドルームがあり、トイレ２つ、バスルームは１つ、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、洗濯機、ガーデン付き。

Quiet, safe and beautiful neighbourhood, easy access to main transport links, only a few minutes’ walk away. You will have a double room with a comfortable bed and shared bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, desk and chair, chest of drawers, lamp, and a large mirror. You can enjoy the beautiful garden too!

Patricia's home is a 10-minute walk from Totteridge & Whetstone Underground Station (Northern Line), only 25-30 minutes direct from central London. It is also 15 minutes from Whetstone’s High Road, which offers a wide variety of trendy restaurants, supermarkets, shops and cafes. There are also busses running in all directions. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 single), two toilets, one bathroom, a large living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and laundry, office, a beautiful garden (with squirrels!).

こちらのオーナー、パトリシアさんはフランス語との国際関係の学士号を持ち、経験豊富な英語教師です。ロンドンに来る前も、アルゼンチンとスイスで英語教師兼語学コース開発者として長年働いていました。 学生が大学入学準備対策、何十人もの生徒がケンブリッジテストとブリティッシュカウンシルの試験を受ける対策を教えてきました。またブエノスアイレスのビジネス会社への企業スキルと語学トレーニングを開発し、提供しました。イギリス、スイスでスペイン語、EFL、EAP、ビジネス英語、ESOLも教えています。

Patricia has a BA in International Relations with French and is a qualified and experienced English Teacher. Before coming to London, she worked for many years as an English Teacher and Language Course Developer in Argentina and Switzerland. She prepared students for entry into university and helped many take Cambridge Language Assessment and British Council examinations.She also developed and delivered corporate skills and language training for business companies. Patricia has also taught Spanish, EFL, EAP, Business English and ESOL in the UK and Switzerland.
