Belsize Park駅 (Camden・Zone 2) 徒歩2分の一戸建ての1階にある明るい個室で、9月から住める方を探しています (入居のタイミングは相談可で、8月終盤からでも対応できます)。お部屋を含め、生活空間が綺麗で、窓がバッグヤード側なので日中も静かです。治安もよく、緑も多いエリアです。

大家さんと同居で、キッチン、シャワーが共有となります。部屋にはベッド、冷蔵庫、机、ベッドサイドランプ、鏡、ワードローブが備え付けであります。お一人様のみご利用可能です。

一緒にお住まいになるご家族は大家さん(女性)とお息子さんたち(2人)となります。大家さんはとても優しく、相談等にも気軽に乗ってくれます。大家さんの飼い猫も住んでいます。

イギリス渡航前の方でも対応可能です。内見をご希望の方は、簡単な自己紹介とご入居希望日を添えてご連絡ください。ご連絡は日本語でも英語でも大丈夫です。

A nice clean, bright room on lower floor. Room has a Bed, Fridge, stool, Chest of drawers, desk, bedside lamp, Mirror, and Wardrobe. The house is in an ideal location 2 minutes walk to Belsize tube station (Northern Line), Buses direct into the city. Travel time approximately 15-20 minutes. Hampstead Heath is approximately 15 minutes walk and opposite direction is Primrose Hill which also is approximately 15 minutes. Amenities in the area: Launderette, Cinema, M&S, Tesco, Waitrose, Kavanaghs, Organic fruit & Veg shop. Numerous Restaurants, Eateries, GBK, PizzaExpress, Gail’s, Joe’s the juice, Pret and many more places to eat and relax. 

Hampstead High St. has many designers shops including Reiss.

I am looking for someone in Full-time Education or full time Job (NO WORKING FROM HOME) Age preferred 25 years and older. 

You must be Respectful, above all Honest and Clean. You must be prepared to clean up after yourself and in particular after using the bathroom and kitchen. 

Rent: 1 month advance plus 1 month deposit.

Minimum Stay: 6 months 

Notice Required: 1 month

We are a friendly, fairly quiet, clean household and would welcome same.
