家賃は月£640、デポジット£640（MyDepositsで保護）です。

ほとんどの光熱費は家賃に含まれていますが、お部屋で使用する電気代と洗濯機・乾燥機の使用料は別です。電気代は部屋専用メーターで実際に使用した分だけ支払います。参考までに、携帯電話やパソコンの充電、ヘアドライヤーなどを毎日使用した場合、約30～40p/日です。洗濯機・乾燥機はコイン式で約30分£1.20。庭の物干しは無料です。

家具付き：シングルベッド、デスク・椅子、大きなワードローブ（引き出し付き）、小型卓上冷蔵庫。入居前にプロのクリーニングを行います。部屋は大きくありませんが、スーツケースはベッド下に収納できます。

部屋はイギリスの1階（日本の2階）にあり、同じフロアの3人とキッチン・シャワー・トイレを共有します。Ground Floorの入居者には別のキッチン・バスルームがあります。共用部分は3週間に1度プロが清掃します。

Cricklewood NW2。Cricklewood Station（Thameslink/National Rail）徒歩約8分、Willesden Green（Jubilee Line Zone 2/3）徒歩約12分。Tesco Express約4分、Lidl約8分。バス路線も多く便利です。

Most bills are included, except electricity used in your bedroom and the washing machine/dryer. Bedroom electricity is paid via your own meter, so you only pay for what you use. For reference, charging a phone and computer and using a hairdryer etc. each day costs approximately 30–40p per day. The coin-operated washing machine/dryer costs about £1.20 per 30 minutes. The garden washing line is free to use.

Fully furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, large wardrobe with drawers and a small tabletop fridge. The room will be professionally cleaned before you move in. It is not a large room, but a suitcase can be stored under the bed.

The room is on the first floor (second floor in Japan) and you share the kitchen, shower and toilet with three other housemates. Ground-floor tenants have separate kitchen/bathroom facilities. Communal areas are professionally cleaned every three weeks.

Cricklewood NW2. Cricklewood Station (Thameslink/National Rail) approx. 8 minutes’ walk; Willesden Green (Jubilee line, Zone 2/3) approx. 12 minutes. Tesco Express approx. 4 minutes and Lidl approx. 8 minutes. Many bus routes nearby.
