Our Marylebone shop is our first in the UK — a flagship in one of London’s most beloved neighbourhoods. You’d be joining at the very beginning of that story.

Who we are

Cup of Joy is a specialty coffee shop rooted in the belief that hospitality should feel like coming home. We’re neighbourhood-first — a place where guests are known by name, the coffee is taken seriously, and the team genuinely cares about each other.

This is our London debut. Which means you won’t just be filling a role — you’ll be helping shape what Cup of Joy becomes here.

What you’ll bring to the floor

• A genuine warmth with guests — you remember faces and make people feel welcome
• A love for specialty coffee, or the drive and curiosity to learn it properly
• Composure under pressure — you keep the floor moving without cutting corners
• Integrity in how you work, with guests and teammates alike
• Confidence talking about what we serve — coffee and beyond
• A team-first attitude — you leave things better than you found them

Pay & schedule

£13.00 / hr + service charge

Mon–Fri 07:30–18:00 · Sat & Sun 08:00–17:00. Evenings always yours.
